Statistics of the VK community "overheard in the bush". What happened at the Kharlamovets sports club in Gus-Khrustalny? Overheard in the bush

Hi all! I’ve been planning to write a post like this for a long time, but I never got around to it, but in just a couple of days several events happened that pushed me. And so... We often hear and read that our city is very dirty, evil people, bad administration, etc. So, for myself, I made one simple conclusion: we live in the kind of city we deserve, we communicate with the people who we are, and our government is flesh of our flesh. And until we start changing and changing something ourselves, everything will continue like this.
Here are a few cases that prompted me to write a post:
1. My wife and I are going on a visit near house number 31 to the 50th anniversary of Soviet power, in front of us is a woman of 60-65 years old, like a pensioner, normally looking and dressed, holding an empty one and a half racket in her hand, and then takes it and throws it on the lawn. To my reasonable “Aren’t you ashamed?”, I get the answer: “No, I’m already tired of throwing things out from under my windows,” i.e. let it be clean under my windows, but 10 meters from..., don’t give a shit. And it’s okay that there are garbage containers on both sides of the house. Conclusion, we are pigs ourselves!
2. Today I’m running along the 5th in Barinovaya Roshcha, I see a woman and a man standing in front of me on the road, they look about 45-55 years old (I’m bad at determining the age of people), beautifully dressed, with bags in their hands, some kind of greenery in them , Don't know. And so the woman takes and throws a piece of plastic rope, twine, as they used to call it, onto the path. She didn’t even think about what she was doing, it’s usual for her to take it and litter. Of course, I politely asked to pick up the rope and she picked it up (though I’m not sure that she didn’t throw it away when I disappeared from sight), but she looked at me as if I were an enemy of the people. Conclusion, we are pigs ourselves!
3. In April there was a cleanup day in Baranova Roshcha, they were cleaning up the starting town, guess how many people came? I'll tell you, there are about 10 men and about 5 children with these men. And crowds of students walked by and pretended that everything was as it should be, that someone should do everything for them. To be fair, I note that one girl asked for equipment and joined.
Conclusion, we ourselves are pigs and do nothing to get out of the shit!
And finally, my son will never throw trash on the street, because neither will I, my wife, my mother, etc. This is called education, and there is no need to say that we have bad youth, evil people, a dirty city, etc. Youth is us, evil people are us, dirty city is us too. And I think that we have wonderful young people, certainly no worse, and even better, than in those cities where there are more opportunities. Kind and honest people who will tell you the truth and help you if necessary. AND beautiful city who needs help to become even better. Let's start with ourselves!!!

I apologize for the many letters, it's boiling :)

You can anonymously, you can not, it doesn’t matter.

On the night of January 25, residents of Gus-Khrustalny discovered a strange creature in the snow in the area of the quartz factory. Videos and photos of the monster, which was immediately “recognized” as the mythical Chupacabra, quickly spread across social networks. This was reported by progorod33.ru.

“I was walking home from work and came across this at the bus stop,” wrote one of the residents in the “Overheard in Gus” community at nine o’clock in the evening, attaching a video recording to the post.

Because eyewitnesses were very excited about their discovery, the audio had to be cut from the video (for ethical reasons). Of course, many did not believe that the Chupacabra really lived in their city.

“People, are you out of your mind?” writes Yana Z. “They are throwing videos at you from the Internet, but you’ve lost your mind. There are any number of such pranks on the Internet.”

“Whoever has a car, look to see if there’s really something like that lying there,” advises Alexey S.

“Let them throw a video here with a view of the Quartz Plant stop,” suggests Ilya T.

However, several more videos of the creature and photographs taken by eyewitnesses soon appeared.

“It’s still there,” writes Ksenia L. “People go to look on foot, someone drives up in cars.”

“The girls and I were riding in a taxi and saw it with our own eyes,” Oksana B. shares her impressions. “It’s a terrible sight. One of the two is either a fake or it’s a Chupacabra.”

Residents began to guess from photographs and videos what kind of animal it could be. Some were even very frightened by the sight.

“It has a dog’s muzzle and something like a collar on its neck,” writes Dmitry S.

“If what’s sticking out of her is an umbilical cord, then imagine how big this creature is!” — comments Yaroslav N.

“It looks like a wild boar, maybe it’s mutated,” suggests Natalya V. “The teeth seem to be underdeveloped.”

Journalists turned to the head of the United Hiking and Expeditions Club, Anton Sboev, who is now looking for the Chupacabra in the forests of Murom. At first, Anton and his colleagues showed interest in the find of the Gusevites, but after consulting and studying the materials, they recognized it as a fake.

“The lower row of teeth seems to be made of nails,” notes Anton. - If this is so, then we have a doll in front of us, which from a distance seems like a very real creature, but upon closer examination everything immediately becomes clear. By the way, this is also noticeable in the video recording. Verdict - a well made doll. Well done to those who tried, but passing it off as a Chupacabra and misleading it is not good.”

According to Anton Sboev, this happens often, because such things spark public interest and help someone become famous on social networks.

By the way, earlier in Gus Khrustalny a fake “alien corpse” was also discovered lying in the snow. Although it looks much rougher than the creature in the photo and video above.

are going to close.

However, local media tried to understand this situation. Colleagues from the portalVguse.ru We contacted the administration of Gus-Khrustalny and found out that the rumor about the closure of Kharlamovets was an empty phrase.

In the group " Overheard in Gus » On VKontakte, residents exchange information in search of the truth.

Someone believes that the Kharlamovets sports club, whose ownerYuri Garin– children's sports coach, outbid.

To which they commented:

Deputy of Gusevsky City CouncilRuslan Zaripovthe person in question replied:

So, one of the commentators wrote thatYuri Garinwas fired today. Is this true or not?

- Yes, he was fired today - told us in telephone conversation hall attendant.

- Why?

- We ourselves do not know; the reason for the dismissal is not indicated anywhere.

Today on the site investigative committee in the Vladimir region was posted press release about the situation in the sports club. It turns out that for several years now two people have been employed at Kharlamovets, who were regularly paid salaries. True, these “hard workers” were never at work.

However, budget funds were wasted, and the amount was not small - 228 thousand rubles. On October 31, 2017, the cunning scheme was uncovered. Currently, the Investigative Committee is finding out who was involved in this malfeasance.

Apparently, “changes for the better” also affected SC “Kharlamovets”.

VICTORIA SHCHERBAKOVA

Residents of the city of Gus-Khrustalny contacted the Vladimir regional branch of the All-Russian Popular Front (ONF), who discovered a transfer point for household waste on the territory of a former woodworking shop on Kravchinsky Street, according to the Popular Front website.

As Gusev residents are sure, one of the garbage collection companies began to transport garbage to the territory of the abandoned workshop and press it for further sending to a landfill after the closure of the local unauthorized landfill between the village of Nikulino and the regional center in early August. Let us remind you that after the closure, illegal dumping continues for several days; ONF activists about the lack of coordination in the actions of the structures involved in extinguishing the fire.

Residents were especially outraged by the fact that the new waste management facility was created next to the “Maltsev houses” - architectural monuments of the 19th century and the city lake. Gusev residents also told the “front-line soldiers” that they had previously appealed orally to the city administration, but received assurances from officials that “everything is fine and there is no reason to worry”.

The message on the Popular Front website does not indicate the name of the waste collection organization. The press service of the regional branch of the ONF Zebra TV reported that we are talking about Vtorresurs LLC. It is known that Vtorresurs Gus-Khrustalny LLC operates in Gus-Khrustalny, separate division this office; regarding the illegal operation of a landfill near the village of Nikulino by this legal entity.

Popular Front activist Ruslan Zaripov said that his colleagues, together with an initiative group of residents, visited this enterprise and met with its management:

“In the workshop they saw a press and, despite the end of the working day, the waste was not taken to the landfill, another large pile of bulky waste was found right on the ground outside the walls of the hangar.”

The production manager, according to activists, was unable to provide the public with documents confirming the legality of the activities being carried out, and the company’s employees found it difficult to name the volume of garbage imported daily. ONF project coordinator General cleaning"in the Vladimir region, Alexandra Avdonina believes that we can talk about a threat to the ecology of Gus-Khrustalny:

“The floor in the plant’s workshop is not completely concreted, which is why contaminated wastewater is likely to seep into the ground, but there is a water intake well and a lake nearby – a favorite vacation spot for the townspeople.”

Popular Front activists appealed to the regional inspectorate for administrative and technical supervision, the interdistrict prosecutor's office and the department of environmental management and protection environment administration of the Vladimir region with a request to check the legality of waste management activities in the city of Gus-Khrustalny.

In addition, social activists again visited the previously closed city landfill, where a garbage fire occurred a few days ago. There is currently no fire or smoke at the site. But, according to Alexandra Avdonina, strange things are still happening there. She believes that local authorities underestimate the risks for residents of Gus-Khrustalny and are essentially inactive:

“Despite the sealed gate, you can go around it from the side, so there is free access for garbage trucks to the landfill, where we did not see any security, but we found a large pile of new garbage right in front of the gate, and a garbage truck for transporting waste on the territory. These facts, as well as the waste management activities we saw deployed in the city center, allow us to conclude that the municipal authorities clearly underestimate the existing environmental risks for city residents and are not making sufficient efforts to minimize them.”

The Popular Front website notes that on August 30, the Governor of the Vladimir Region, Svetlana Orlova, visited the Gus-Khrustalny district and was informed about the garbage situation in the regional center:

“We note that on August 30, the governor of the region, Svetlana Orlova, paid a working visit to Gus-Khrustalny. Popular Front activist Ruslan Zaripov told the head of the region about the alarming environmental situation developing in the city. The governor promised to support the efforts of social activists and citizens in the fight to restore environmental order.”

Apparently, the “front-line soldier” communicated with the governor alone, at least the reporters did not record their conversation. At the same time, Svetlana Orlova spoke twice on the topic of Gusev’s garbage. The first time - during the press approach after the opening new school in the village of Velikodvorsky.

In short, this is what the governor said:

    two criminal cases have been opened regarding the illegal operation of a closed landfill, and this matter is under strict control;

    not a single decision in the field of waste management - as well as in other areas - will be made without discussion with residents (Svetlana Orlova repeats this message like a mantra);

    in the Vladimir region at least half of the forest land is littered with garbage;

    those responsible for the creation and illegal operation of the landfill will be held accountable;

    there are many such landfills in region 33, and they have been formed for decades;

    local residents are being encouraged to protest by summer residents from the Moscow region.

Key point: Governor Svetlana Orlova and head of the Gus-Khrustalny district administration Alexey Kabenkin said that after the landfill was closed, the city was taking out the garbage "VMurom and Marinka".

Orlova also once again reported that in the field of waste management there are underground and semi-criminal organizations that, as soon as you step on their tail, initiate ordered publications against the governor of the Vladimir region. But order will be restored in this industry.

And then a representative of the official website of Gus-Khrustalny, Gus-info.ru, asked the governor a question about the transfer of garbage within the city:

“In our city, two landfills have been formed inside the city where garbage is dumped. Is it possible to give an order to check whether this is legal?

But Svetlana Orlova’s entourage hissed at young man, and the question remained unanswered. It is quite possible that this was specifically about the fact that Popular Front activists identified the fact of waste transfer in an abandoned workshop right in the center of the city.

For the second time, Governor Orlova returned to the topic of garbage at a meeting with Gusev entrepreneurs - the governor raised the topic of garbage in the context of the fact that a thorough investigation will be carried out on the illegal landfill near Gus-Khrustalny, which recently burned:

“Two criminal cases have been opened, everything will be sorted out: why, on what basis, where she was born, who brought her there, who made money from it.”

Let us recall, earlier on Zebra TV, that State Duma deputy Evgeny Revenko handed over to the governor of the Vladimir region Svetlana Orlova an appeal with the signatures of more than 5,300 people protesting against the construction of an experimental landfill in the Kirzhach district. Revenko sided with the citizens in this conflict.
