3.1. 4. Responsibility

Job description of music director

1. General provisions

1.1. The musical director is appointed from among persons with secondary specialized or higher vocational education.
1.2. Reports to the head of the kindergarten.
1.3. He is hired and dismissed by order of the head of the kindergarten.
1.4. Passes medical examination Once every six months.
1.5. In his work he is guided regulatory documents, this job description and the Internal Labor Regulations.
1.6. Maintains labor discipline.

2. Job responsibilities

2.1. Provides musical education and aesthetic development of pupils in accordance with the educational and training program in kindergarten.
2.2. Works according to the schedule and plan agreed with the senior educator and the head of the local educational institution.
2.3. Organizes and conducts music classes, children's parties, literary and musical matinees, leisure evenings in accordance with the schedule.
2.4. Conducts individual work with children, identifies musically gifted children, conducts individual work with them in a group.
2.5. Participates in the organization of morning exercises, physical education classes, sports and entertainment.
2.6. Takes part in organizing children's play activities in the 2nd half of the day, conducts musical and didactic games with singing, theatrical games, musical and rhythmic games.
2.7. Participates in the preparation of pedagogical councils, methodological associations, prepares reports on the implementation of plans for their work, reports from work experience.
2.8. Introduces best practices into the practice of working with children.
2.9. Consults parents and educators on issues of musical education of children in the family.
2.10. 2-3 times a year conducts a level assessment of the musical development of each child, using a diagnostic technique of his choice.

3. The music director must know

3.1. Preschool pedagogy, psychology, developmental physiology, anatomy.
3.2. Methods of musical education of preschool children.
3.3. Sanitation and hygiene.
3.4. Individual characteristics of children’s personality development, musical perception, emotions, motor skills and musical abilities of children preschool age.
3.5. Musical works of children's repertoire.
3.6. Rules and regulations of labor protection, safety and fire protection.
3.7. The order of first medical care.
3.8. Procedure in an emergency situation.

4. Rights

Has the rights provided for by the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, Internal Labor Regulations.

5. Responsibility

5.1. Responsible for the life and health of children in music classes.
5.2. Bears responsibility for fulfilling all duties assigned by these instructions.
